Absence From Work Certificate
$30
A pharmacist can issue a certificate stating that someone is unable to attend work due to illness, injury or needing to care for an immediate family or household member.
*A consultation with a Pharmacist is not intended to replace medical treatment or diagnosis from a medical practitioner. Patients may be referred to a medical practitioner at the Pharmacist’s discretion. If your illness/injury persists or becomes worse, you should consult your medical practitioner. *
Natural Health Consultations (45 Minutes)
$125
An extensive consultation designed for patients with multiple medical conditions and an extensive health history. Your pharmacist will take a detailed medical history and tailor their approach to ensure they maximise benefit of your conventional medicines and complementary medicines.
Pharmacist Consultation
$50
Our pharmacist consultation is here to provide you with trusted and personalised healthcare guidance. Whether you have questions about your medications, experiencing side effects, or simply want advice managing a health condition our qualified pharmacists are here to help.
Pathology Requests
Initial Consultation for request (10 Minutes): $35
This is required to determine what test is required and what needs to be ordered by the pharmacist.
Follow Up Consultation (15 Minutes): $50
This Consultation will discuss any findings from the pathology tests and determine if any further action is required based off the findings.
Medication Review (60 Minutes)
$150
A comprehensive in-depth review of your current medication regime. The review will take approximately 60 minutes to complete. This review will assess all of your medications and assist you to tailor your current regime to be the best version of yourself.
Upon completion of the review, a detailed report will be prepared by the pharmacist which can be provided to your regular doctor for review if requested.
